Double click on the time..make sure the time is set for the correct time. Then check your Time Zone to be sure that is set to the correct zone. If you are on the Daylight Savings time, be sure to CHECK that box. Click OK and you should be in business.

You may have the wrong timezone selected for your computer. Try Programs -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Date & Time. Then click the Time Zone tab and make sure it is set right.
Standard time zone: UTC/GMT -5 hours
Daylight saving time: +1 hour
Current time zone offset: UTC/GMT -4 hours
Time zone abbreviation: EDT - Eastern Daylight Time

If you can't change the time streight from the clock on your desktop you might want to try to set the system clock. But only if you know what you are doing.

It may be that daylight savings time is not enabled, if that's the problem you just need to activate it and it will change the time automatically.
