Okay, my laptop was given to me, its about 4 years old, its a toshiba (dont know if thats needed) and there are a few problems coming up. someone told me that i should 'clean' the computer and reinstall the installations cds. my problem is i dont have any installation cds, is there a way to order some? or would it be the same if i used my old installation cds from another laptop onto this one?
