?

My voice breaks up at the other end while I can hear them just fine.
Other facts:
I don't use any other computer applications while using the magic jack.
OS: Windows XP.
Our provider is Clear: All 5 lights in the modem are on.
Download speed according to speed test: 7.5 M, upload: 0.93.
Switching to headset makes it worst.
I've got another (wired) telephone and the issue is still there.
My grandmother in El Salvador has the magic jack and both my mother and myuself can hear her clearly when she uses the magic jack. She uses it with a cordless phone.
I don't know what kind of connection she has in El Salvador, but wouldn't it make sense for me in the US not to have this problem instead?
Then again; the question is: how do I fix this issue.

Try this Augusto.

Reboot your computer. Next,

- Go to the Task Manager in XP (Control - Alt - Delete)

- Right click on the magicJack task, then left click on "Go to Process"

- Right click on the process (magicjack.exe), then hover over "Set Priority"

Change this value to "High"

See if that helps your call quality while speaking.

If you'd like a plugin that does this automatically (and some other things as well), visit the second link (below).

All that regarded extremely convoluted and we've an excellent style of RAM, an excellent style of velocity, and no firewall themes so I logged directly to my account and below the FAQ's typed in "deploy" interior the quest container. there replace right into a link to "deploy errors" which allowed me to choose my gadget and obtain the utility rapidly. as quickly as istalled my magicjack container replace into returned up and working. The old computing gadget had old utility and nonetheless worked yet i might by no skill as much as date because 2010. For some reason this made a difference to the plug in hardware. I even have the unique silver container.

The only thing I think you really can do is look at your internet provider. If you have Cablevision (Optimum) or Verizon (FIOS) then what you can do is call them and see if they have a faster internet service then the one you have. It may cost more but it should* fix the problem. Also, try restarting the computer before making an outgoing call. Sometimes, the computer needs to be restarted to work properly.

*= May or may not work.
