I am having a second thought whether to fill in or reply because no company status, copyrights etc are attached right below the email, and how would ANYONE on earth leak their own personal account info like that?

Did any of you all receive this? What should I do?

Thanks a ZILLION. this thing is really frustrating.

Yes, it's a spam message, they wouldn't need to ask you for your user login information and besides, they would know your user name since they are the ones sending it to you. So basically open up the message and click "Mark as Unsafe" and go on with your life =)

first of all, they gained't ask you for the password, no longer to point your username, for the reason that they already recognize that. Plus, why might they choose your date of beginning? additionally, although if it became into actual, which its no longer, yet enable them to delete the account, and then create a sparkling one. yet another element is, what became into the return email? If it wasn't a hotmail account, then its yet another sign of unsolicited mail. you may forget approximately approximately it, or forward it to the actual Hotmail team and enable them to do what they do with it.

No email provider will ask you for your password, this is spam. They know your login and password, what possible reason would they need for you to tell it to them again?

The crucial thing you didn't include was who this email was FROM, that should throw up a huge red flag...cause I'm certain it wasn't hotmail.
