okay i'm the admin. okay?
so i made a limited account for others.. Correct.
now how do i limit the limited account from using control panel?

cause on the limited account he/she is able to use the control panel and change his/her settings.. i don't want that..

even on guest. the guest has it's own control panel.. why?

i don't want the guest to have access to control panel but it does? it may not access my account, but it still has it's own control panel and i don't like that.. ??? :*(
why is this possible? don't windows company care for the admin?????

They can't really do anything to change their account from limited to administrator. You can't prevent Limited Accounts from saving files but I believe there is some kind of program which wipes out everything on an account at the end of the day.

You can do all of this using the Group Policy Editor - http://www.softosphere.com/how-to-restrict-control-panel-registry-editor-command-prompt-and-task-manager-in-windows-xp-vista/ unfortunately this is only available in XP Professional editions and Vista Business and Ultimate editions.

The best users of other versions have is the Parental Controls - http://netsecurity.about.com/od/secureyourwindowspc/ss/VistaParents.htm

As the GPE is only a tool to access certain registry keys then you can Google or Yahoo for specific results eg http://www.google.com/search?q=registry+restrict+access+to+control+panel

There are also third party security programs, but I haven't tried any.

You don't say what operating system you use. "Windows XP" refers to at least four operating systems. On some of those, typing 'gpedit.msc' in the 'Run' bar will do what you want. On some of those, it won't.
