It is unlikely that the fact that you are overclocking has anything to do with this problem. Overclocking cant really corrupt files but can cause your computer to overheat and crash more regularly due to the cpu failing to process messages correctly.

BAD_POOL_CALLER is a pretty general error and can be caused by bad hardware or bad drivers. I would suggest (if you are confortable) removing all hardware from you machine that is not critical to the machine booting up and see if you get any improvements. Otherwise go to safe mode and delete all your hardware or update drivers (if you can). Finally and probably best is to completely reinstall windows from a clean formatted hard drive.

can you start in safe mode? go into the go to the C drive right click and do a thorough scan disk. should repair the bad file if not you will need to repair your version of windows with system disk. I do not see how an over clock could corrupt something on the hard drive unless you used a program too over clock that re wrote the file you are using.

overclocking is a risky thing. if you want to overclock your cpu, make sure you're a real techy, else it's possible that you can harm your hardware.
