What is the easiest way to copy my favorites folder so that I don't lose my favorite websites when I have to restore my computer. I remember doing it once but I forgot how I went about it. I remember that you can't just copy them as easy as you can other documents, pictures etc..

If you have Windows XP just go to the C: drive--->Documents and Settings--->(your username) and viola! your favorites are in the Favorites folder, simply copy and paste.

Of course if you're not using XP then disregard the previous statement.

What browser do you use? Firefox? It's hard with firefox. You have to save everything one by one. On IE is easy. Go to document and settings under C: drive and find your folder (Usually under user name). The favorite folder is in there. Then copy and paste it.

Bookmark Wizard is the best, it's freeware and it saves them to a HTML file so the browsers will recognize them when you need to import them... Good Luck
