If you want to get new and up to date proxies everyday, then you should join a Yahoo group. I tried out a few, but this one has worked the best for me.

There are tons of proxys on "www.publicproxyservers.com". Configure IE or Firefox to use the proxy you want (IE: Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections tab -> "Lan Settings" -> check "use a proxy server" and enter the proxy info). You can also use a program named Hide IP which is useful if you don't wanna make any configuration.
