THIS IS WHAT IS SAYS:

Trying TCP connection to pro3.webpage.com:7719 ...
>> The remote machine has accepted the network request ... please wait.

You are connecting from an IP address that has been banned from usage of
- this room. Please contact the administrator of this room if you have any
- questions.
Disconnected:
Network connection closed

I think I done everything, i also did this...

Google: Free Proxies.

Load up a new IP/Proxy into your IE/Firefox browser. Usually under options / security / privacy settings.

And nothing Ipchicken keeps showing me the same ISP Can you help me?

Nope - chat rooms are owned by their owners and they can ban anyone they choose for any, or no, reason.

If you evade the ban they have 2 choices - you can be klined (if it's IRC chat) or banned from the server. That means from all rooms. Or they can ban your entire ISP. (Don't laugh - in the mid 90s, DALnet banned the entire country of Mayanmar for quite a while.) When your ISP's users start complaining, and they find out that they're banned because of you, you get blacklisted (that means no internet connection for the rest of your life). Are they more worried about losing you, or losing hundreds, or thousands, of irate customers?

Accept it and move on. It's not as bad as being banned from a friend's house. (And most 'permanent' bans seldom last more than 30 days.)

(Renewing your IP address only changes the part that's ignored by a ban, so all it does is annoy YOU.)

Obviously you have been banned. They have logged your ISP's IP addresses and are prohibiting proxies.

You could:

- contact the admin of the site and clear things up to get un banned

- log in from a different location

- change ISPs

- move

try to be able to sign in lower than a distinct call. If it blocks you from doing that then pass to an internet cafe and do it from there. have you ever tried to sign in lower than a distinct call yet? If not provide it a pass. you could also empty/delete your cookies and then attempt to sign in again in case you won't be able to easily attempt this. EDIT: in case you pick to take a clean activity as stated above do not pass for the pink clawed cray fish selection, (signal Crayfish.) they're an invasive species from the u . s . a .. All you want to do is pass to any river/lake, put in a crayfish capture, and also you'll capture plenty, and extremely tasty they're too. you don't desire to characteristic any extra. remove the yank cray fish scourge and then remove the individuals themselves, polluting the international in case you kept of have get perfect of entry to to his swearing at then you definitely the positioning proprietor may likely ban him. apart from that, pass and discover yet another message board, there are 1000's and 1000's of them

Start > Run > type in cmd

in the window that pops up type:

ipconfig /release

and then

ipconfig /renew

if this doesn't work you could try unpluging your router and plugging it back in.
