Strange BSoD situation?

I've been having BSoDs for two weeks now (about 1/day) and it gets annoying. I'm trying to fix it. I couldn't get the error code with all the hex numbers, but this is what i was able to pull out of the situation:

1. The error always seems to happen whenever my computer goes out of hibernate (not all the time it goes out, but it's the only time it happens)
2. DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELING_PENDING_OPERATIONS is the error message if there is one
3. The files causing the problem are always the same three:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini073110-01.dmp
C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-161835-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\WERF20B.tmp.version.txt

Any help would be greatly appreciated (What is the problem? What do those files that cause it do? How do I fix it?)

All you need from the STOP code is the last 2 characters of the first group (it's 0x000000yy - all you need is the yy). Then go to http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm for solutions. (Yahoo answers truncates long words, but if you put spaces in them, the entire thing will show.)

Those files are not the cause. those are dump files. they tell you what IS causing it. here is the first clue that it is a driver : DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELING_PENDIN… read the rest of the message and then google it for a possible resolution. also there should be an error number that pops up. write that down and google it also.
