Just click on your sent folder so the messages appear in your preview screen. Click on the first message and then hold down the shift key and click on the last message. Just push the delete key and they'll be gone.

go to sent messages folder. select a message and click ctrl -A. then click the delete button. It should send all the selected files into your deleted folder. you can then set up Outlook Express to delete all the contents of your deleted folder when you close Outlook Express.

Under Edit you can "select all" and then right click, Delete. Remember, these will be deleted, they will not go to your Deleted files folder, so make sure you want to delete them all. By holding down the 'ctrl (control)" key you can select and unselect files.

Go to your sent items, select a message, go to edit and select all, delete.
