How can you watch the avi file, which was downloaded from megaupload on windows media player?

Question

for example, if you downloaded chrno crusade ep 1 from megaupload, you can hear the sounds but you can not watch it the first time when you open the anime, on media player. The second time you open the anime, a memo will appear and it says, there is an error....and it let tells you to find the problem from on line....

Please help me.!!!!!

the file was avi version ( I only found avi version on megauplaod.)

No spyware, no viruses, plays everything.

After installing, everything will work in media player, no need for a separate player (although I admit VLC posted above is pretty good, I prefer using CCCP)

Essentials Codec Pack

It goes with any program like windows media etc.

It also plays flash files and many others.

Is it a XivD file .. i think there AVI .. what confuses me as i was under the impression that its MPEG4

u can re-download ur media player or download (Format Factory) which help u 2 convert all videos and audios to any type which can helps

go to free codec dot com and download and install K-Lite Mega Codec pack it's free and then it'll work just fine
