Hi 2008 LandSlide Victory;

Two easy ways. With the PDF file open, Select "TOOLS" from the top menu. Then highlight "SELECT & ZOOM". Here you can either select the "Select Tool" (works by clicking, dragging until you select what you want to copy) or "Snapshot Tool" (draws a box around whatever you want to copy and instantly copies anything in it to the clipboard).

Using either of these you can copy past to any other document/format. Hope this helps! Cheers!

You can copy text from pdf files if you use the latest adobe acrobat reader (8 or higher). Alternatively you could convert the whole document to a word file by using Zamzar or other software.

Select text, choose copy (if available)

Go to place you want to paste it, right click (or click edit menu) and choose paste.

Some PDF docs do not permit copying

Screen dump is tap the Prisca key then paste somewhere that accepts images - Word or Paint etc.
