I don't know if you can explain it. If you had a PC in for repair, the company may run test data to prove all the functions of the PC / Laptop are working correctly. I ha a Laptop in for repair as the Wi-Fi driver kept dropping in and out, the company came back to me and said the put in a "test drive" and all was good leaving me to thing it was my software at fault, but the reformatted it and I re installed all my software on the Laptop and it has been good ever since?
