Well first off you should stop all unnecessary programs with Task Manager. hit Ctrl Alt Del, select Task Manager and google any processes you are unsure about.

Next you should stop unnecessary programs from starting when windows starts up. open up you Start Menu and search "System Configuration". You can run only the programs/processes you want/need on startup meaning faster boot times.

The thing I have found to be most beneficial is this next step. It is optional and depends on your tastes... Do you want a fast computer or a pretty computer. Test it out, you can always revert it. Go to the Start Menu, right click on "Computer" and select "Properties" in the drop down. On the top left side of window select "Advanced System Settings".. You should already be in the "Advanced" tab however if you are not go to it. Under Performance click on Settings. I'm sure you can figure out the rest from there. You have the option to make your windows look beautiful, run super fast, or somewhere in the middle. I personally run for best performance because I don't mind how it looks.

Another thing you should look into is "Disk Cleanup" and "Defrag". Just search them in your Start Menu.

For you internet browser you should look into removing those pesky tool bars. I don't know what you have but a quick in google search can give you a good tutorial if you don't know how. Also look into clearing you browser history and cache.

Other things to take into consideration are viruses and malware. I personally use Avast and Malwarebytes. With Avast I ran a full boot load scan and sent all of the infected files to the vault so that I could decide whether they were malicious our not (sometimes there are false positives) After that I run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

Hope I could help

Step 1: Uninstall any unneeded or ununsed programs (Rivo Uninstaller or similar)

Step 2: Use a tool to remove all temp and unneeded files (CCleaner or similar)

Step 3: Use AusLogincs Disk Defrag (using optimization mode)

Hope it helps!

nicely, this relies upon on what number every person is seeding the report. Vuze is peer to be certain application, so which you're no longer purely reliant on how briskly your computing device can run (CPU velocity has an consequence on how briskly you could pull stuff off the community, hence, your broadband connection - case in point, you will desire a quickly CPU to totally utilise a 1Gbps connection, assuming that CPU isn't doing the rest), and how briskly your broadband connection is, yet you additionally are reliant on what number every person is "allowing" you to get carry of the report from their computing device. To get your computing device back to a manufacturing unit clean image, it fairly is fairly straightforwards. you have a service partition on your complicatedchronic, that's designed that might assist you re-build your computing device interior the form of domicile windows failing; that's a cost saving exercising via computing device manufacturers so as that they do no longer could deliver domicile windows media or a restoration CD with your computing device. guy or woman training could be got here upon on Google; it in many circumstances includes hitting a definite key jointly as booting the computing device jointly because it starts BIOS and in the previous the bootloader for domicile windows starts, then following the activates. Google to your computing device style and "service partition" or some thing comparable. in any different case, seem for "equipment fix" on top of issues panel, and notice in case you have an early image to repair to.

By judging by that specs it should be pretty fast. If not you could try uninstalling some programs and also your computer has literal 2 cores while there are 4 threads, so it's not a pure quad core.
