its a two step process, the .r00 are files that are compressed, I use a program called WinRAR, you can use any search engine to find it, after downloading and installing this program go back to the folder and double click on the very first file that has the .r00 extension, a window will appear and you will see the file name, next you highlight the file and then choose "Extract to" and choose a folder to save it to after it uncompresses all the files, after it finishes you then can either watch it using a media player that will support the movie-if you do not know which media player to use, use a search engine that will tell you what video player will support the file. hope this helps

.nfo is a plain text document. It will contain information about whatever you just downloaded so that you can read it and that.

.rar and .r00 etc etc are all part of a single .rar archive. Much like a .zip file. The file named .rar is the base archive, it is the one that you should open. The rest of the files named .r00 .r01 and so on are parts of the same archive. In other words, it has been broken down into different parts for easy storage/transfer.

Use a program called winRAR to open the archive. It will most likely contain your video ^_^

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/axwdr

Those are split files from WinRAR. Install WinRar, and right click on one of the files, r00 for example and tell it to extract. before downloading you should check the file extensions you plan to download, depedning on the popularity of the files you are trying to ge tyou can usually avoid specialyt programs. Otherwise look up the file extensions before hand to ensure you have or can get the software to work with the files. Mostly you will deal with a varity of compresion programs, and some obscure file formats. The compression programs are easy, the obscure formats are a little more work, becuase you will wnt to convert them to your format.

This is a safe link where you can download winrar for free here http://bit.ly/1v2nWkq

You can use winrar to unzip zip files (or to open compressed folder). 7zip or winzip are other softwares you can use for the same purpose but winrar is by far the best one. All these programs work in a very similar way: you just have to right click the file to zip or unzip any folders or files.

If you don't want a trial version don't worry. The trial period of winrar never ends so you can use it for free with no limitations.

With WINRAR you will be able to open all the type of compressed folder like file .zip, .rar, .7z, .7zip .iso, .tar, .jar etc... that's the main reason why I recommend it.

First, here's a site that will tell you what any file Ext is

http://filext.com/index.php

The RAR files are as everyone says 1 compressed file split into many small ones

http://www.win-rar.com/

the NFO file is an info file supplied by the person(s) that did the torrent in the first place

to read it, right click and open with Notepad (any text editor)

if you really need a viewer for the nfo

Looks like it's been compressed in WinRar format, and you'll need to decompress it. There's a freeware .rar unpacker here: http://www.tugzip.com/

TUGZip is entirely free, and what's more, deals with ZIP, 7-ZIP, A, ACE, ARC, ARJ, BH, BZ2, CAB, CPIO, DEB, GCA, GZ, IMP, JAR, LHA (LZH), LIB, RAR, RPM, SQX, TAR, TGZ, TBZ, TAZ, YZ1 and ZOO archive formats. That's quite handy to have if you plan on downloading often.

New to torrents eh...?

Anyway, .r00... and so on are split .RAR files. I'm pretty sure there's a techinical term for it, but I don't remember, and this is a much simplier way to put it. Being .RAR files, you have to get a program that supports extractions of .RAR files. I use Winrar. It's my personal favorite, but you don't have to use it. Do some research. There's a lot of programs that extracts .RARs.

Once you got a program, make sure all the .r00... and so on, are in the same folder. Then, you can just click on anyone of them, the program (should) "join them together" into one .RAR file. Then extract and watch.

.NFO is like the info file, it should tell you the bitrates, audio properties, and stuff like that. .SFV.. Not sure myself..

Btw, since it was under DVD-R section, it might be .VOBs files... I hope you know how to play those, if you don't, e-mail me or something and I'll show you how.

Good luck!

I downloaded Winrar for free here http://bit.ly/1p3PcKC

To open compressed files (zip rar jar iso 7z cab uue gz....) you have to use WinRar. With WinRar you can easily decompress files and folders.
