i have a windows 7, dell inspirion computer, 64 bit. just recently i downloaded microsoft silverlight and now its difficult to stream videos, which really sucks because i have a subsciption to hulu. i did notice it lags on ads more than the actual tvseries/movies. but it still is constantly messing up and at one point my computer made a really loud noise and just shut down automatically. not sure if that corresponds with one another but at the time it did happen i was watching a video.
i also found this is the error and microsoft does not know how to fix it. figures.

If you installed the video card yourself check to make sure it int loose in its socket. For the "automatic" shutdown. It might have been a heating issue and it shutdown to protect itself. Check the temp of everything and make sure it is all cool with a program like Speccy, CPU-Z or GPU-Z. If that is still not it checking the drivers for it shouldn't do it bad. One more thing before you're done, Make sure its not Direct X (Run DxDiag.exe and/or make sure you have the latest version of direct x).

Hope it helps!

P.S You might want to perform these steps backwards so you don't fry your motherboard!!

may be an problem with the cardboard or PSU... Take out the cardboard and plug the reveal screen to the onboard images port and understand the project persists, of no then its extra in many situations than no longer the cardboard.
