Why are my emails sent to comcast.net all of a sudden coming back as failure notices?

Just for the past few weeks I have had a problem sending emails from only my email address to comcast.net it comes back saying unreachable for too long. I than tried sending an email from a family memebers email address and they received it. Why are they not getting the emails from my email address all of a sudden?

My comcast has had up and down problems for weeks. Bouncing back to recipients and to me. Call them.
