Press the Print Screen button, open Word or something, right click and go on paste. It should be there.

The Print Screen key does do just that, but there is a "second" step after hitting the key. When you hit the "Print Screen" key, it makes a bitmap (BMP) image of what your whole screen is showing (if you just want your ACTIVE window, hit Alt+Prt Scr ).
If you have Word or Power Point open them. After hitting Print Screen, Paste (either Edit/Paste from menu or Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut) and it will paste the image into the document or slide.
If you don't have Word or Power Point, you can paste it into WordPad (Start/Programs/Accessories).
