How do i get one of those personal sparkly signatures to use on forums?

I want to add a nice personal touch to some forums i use and see some people use sparklee or other sites but how do i do it? Can anyone explain in really simple terms how I go about putting a personal signature on forums.

YOU MAY SEARCH ON GOOGLE TO GLITTER TEXT AND THERE ARE WEBS WHERE YOU CAN CREATE THE GLITTER TEXT AND GENERATE THE CODE TO PASTE IT
