I am getting spam with my own email address as the sender. What can I do to stop this?

There are several sites that let you report spam, and I believe there is a button on Yahoo! Mail that says "Spam" but I've never had to use it so I don't know what it would bring you to. Here's some links to a couple of sites including an old question on here:
