Sometimes I have a problem with a printer, and the printer queue gets hung up - a document says it's deleting, but it never goes away, and I can't print. A reboot fixes it, but is there any way to reboot the printer queue without rebooting the computer (Windows XP)

Right-click, My Computer > Hit Manage > Click Services and Applications > Click Services > Go down to Print Spooler > Right-Click Print Spooler > Click Stop.

Wait for it to stop the service.

Then Right-Click Print Spooler again then click Start.

Then it should work.

Look in the bottom right hand taskbar, if there is a printer symbol there (only while printing) you can double click and delete documents from the print queue.

Have you tried adding them to a port during the setup? also have you made sure that the printers are discoverable on the network, it may be off which means that the printers may not be able to see those machines. I've worked with printers quite a bit and they can be nightmares sometimes!
