I guess that some of your operating system files are corrupted, resulting in system crash. With the help of System File Checker, scan for such corrupted files, and restore them to their original versions.

Next thing you have to do is find out and remove the faulty drivers installed on your computer. Open Device Manager, select a faulty device driver, and uninstall it appropriately. For the complete instructions, please visit here: {www} {computercrashes.weebly} {dot} {com}

Your hard disk may be failing. With the help of Check Disk, check the hard disk for bad sectors, and if bad sectors are found, then repair them. Close all the running programs before starting the process. A system reboot may also require. Steps: http://shorl.com/nekibymebrifru

Disable all the startups and services. Open System Configuration, mark all the startup and services items deselected, and then apply your new changes. When you are prompted to reboot the computer, restart the machine.

Verify that your RAM is working properly or not. Open Windows Memory Diagnostic, click the option that lets you start memory diagnostic process while restarting the computer.

Delete the temporary type of files. Launch Disk CleanUp as shown here:

1. Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk CleanUp.

2. Select a disk, and click OK.

3. Follow the on screen instructions.

Using Check Disk utility in Windows, check the hard disk for possible bad sectors. Open My Computer, right click a drive, and select Properties. Click Tools tab, and then Check Now | Start.

If the problem still persists, then restore the corrupted system files to their original versions. Click Start | Run, type "SFC /ScanNow" and press ENTER.

Otherwise, stop running all the programs and services except your antivirus and firewall protection. Click Start, Run. Type "MSCONFIG" and press ENTER. Use the Startup and Services tab to disable the respective items.

Simply start your computer & immediately start tapping "F8" until you see the boot menu.

Now select "Safe Mode" & press enter. Your computer may start normally but without startup programs & customizations. Now scan your PC for virus, use "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" It is awesome :) Or download & install "Norton Security" trial version & scan your PC :)

I hope that will help you :)

RAM STICKS are faulty!

In sleep Mode the Windows temporary saves data on RAM. Its not a virus or motherboard fault.

Other causes: Use of different sized RAM sticks or different frequency RAM sticks.
