I accidentally dropped it earlier but it wasn't really hard. So suddenly my Internet was freezing up & acting weird, I scanned it & there were no viruses & my iTunes completely froze on me so I pressed the shut down button & now it won't go past "starting windows" or a black screen. I got it Nov. 2010 if it's broken & if I needed a warranty

Well, chances are since this all started happening after dropping it, then that's most likely the cause for your computer behaving this way. If the warranty on it hasn't expired yet, then the manufacturers you bought it from can fix it for you, instead of you having to do it yourself. Let's just hope it can be fixed, so you won't have to buy a new one. Let's ESPECIALLY hope it's fixable, if you have all your important and charitable files on there. But don't worry, it's nothing to worry about. The manufacturers are professionals, and will take care of everything, as long as your warranty hasn't expired of course.

with some electronics even the slightest drop depending on how well its made could jolt some of the wirings/connections/motherboard. Try to boot it in safe mode or hit f2/f8 whatever it is for your system to choose boot options. see if that works.

if not see if your warranty is still in effect and send it to the manufacturer.

I would imagine it is broken, they do not like being dropped, you have a warranty claim to fill in.
