All I have is a couple of pics the person sent me. Is there any way to find the email address from the pics I have? Or is there some other way?

Probably not.
If you have yahoo - go through Sent, Trash, Bulk, Inbox, Go through your address book. Check everything.
If you still cant find it - do you know the persons name?
If so search myspace.com
Go to myspace.com , Click search, Search by name, Type in the name, Click Search, should find it.

if you use some email client (outlook, eudora, thunderbird, etc.) then the deleted email will be in the trash folder. check in there. if you use webmail (yahoo, msn, hotmail, etc.), then it may be in the trash folder. however, the trash folder is periodically cleared...
once you have the email, you can look at the sender field for the email address.
