All the applications installed will be linked with application folder and it run through application folder. Application folder plays a main roll in operating system. so its better not to delete the folder

Application Data as the name suggest keeps the config files of programs for example mozilla firefox if installed in default mode sets your profile to application data folder. Well it is not suggested o delete that folder because of the fact that many programms involving the Appication Data Folder wont execute. Though if u have some programs that u have unistalled still there is folder of that program in application data so you can remove that without any problem. Many Programs such as CCleaner automatically emove some junk files which are stored in by some programs like Google earth and firefox in form of cache file which can by running this program without playing with your directories :)

Judging by the awkward means you may have phrased this, English isn't you native language. Could I advise that you just repost to the answers to be had in your mother tongue? Please see the backside of the web page for answers international and click on the flag that matches your fatherland.
