Simply create a database in Microsoft Access and input all the addresses one time.
This way, you can query/access them anytime. Access also allows you to create labels using records on a table.
If you need help creating the database, email me, and I'll be glad to help you.

Sorry, but you lost me somewhere.
The kids in your school need you to work this out so that they don't need to write down all the addresses all over again?
Because you lost the list, or something like that?
And you're asking was it in Word [Works doesn't exist] or Access?
Have I got it right so far?
Now, do let me know how will I know which program you'd saved the file in? OMG, you did save the file, didn't you?

I don't know access but if you want to use Microsoft Word:
Go to Tools
Letters and Mailings
Mail Merge
Select Document type (on the right box): Labels
Label Options
Choose the label you're using it will give you a list of sizes, and brands.
Starting Document
Enter the recipients, address, zip, code
Merge document.

write all the names on an exel file and save it. One name per row only. Then use ms word to create a mail merge. (Tools->mail merge). Just follow the wizard after that, it'll ask you to locate the file where you have the names stored, as well as formatting options for your labels.

If you have them in Excel or Access, you can do a mail merge into Word. From Word, click the Tools menu, Letters & Mailings, Mail Merge.
