Help with PowerPoint Timing?

I am making a Slideshow with some pictures and it's going pretty well. However, I have one slide that hardly gets finished revealing all of the pictures before it moves right on to the next one. I understand that depending on the animations it takes longer for them all to be revealed, thus, cutting down the idol time between slides. However, I have tried to change the timing of the animations as well as the timing of the slide transition but neither are working. Does anyone know why!?

Try this:

On your slide following the one that gets cut off, make sure the first animation on that slide has the start setting of "After Previous"

Without know the number of pictures you are displaying, it is hard to know. However, you may need to extend your timings a little.

One thing you could do is to record your timings when you click on the slideshow manually. This allows you to set your own timings based upon what you observe and move on.

The option is Rehearse Timings and you will find it with the other transitions.

try changing the timing of slide transition.

slide show -> slide transition -> advance slide options.

you may have set it to automatically advance the slide after a certain amount of seconds.

it might not be the timing of the transition set but when the timing starts tthat is at issue --- check in the same place for when ur timing starts -- check it also in the practice run area --you might have set it to change from the wrong point
