I want to download a Sims game from thepiratebay. After I drag the game i downloaded into utorrent, is it continuously downloading? Or is the game only downloading when utorrent is open?

On Pirate Bay it will say 'download this torrent' in green letters. Double click on that and and a window will open showing you files are in the torrent, and you check all of them, usually. It will also also have a tab on the upper right, for where you want the file saved to, once it downloaded. Make your choices and click OK. It will be downloading if you see the Utorrent icon in your task bar. But if that window didn't open up with the choices I mentioned, it probably is not downloading. I would not try and drag anything, but I would double click on where it say download torrent on Pirate Bay. And choose torrent, do not choose HTTP download

Yes, it is continuously downloading. The only time uTorrent pauses the download is when you turn off your laptop/computer, or put it into a mode, For Example. Hibernate, Sleep, Stand by... Etc.

The uTorrent application doesn't have to be open if you are downloading something, as long as it's running, it's fine.

I would like to answer that...but sadly, this question goes against community guidelines saying "that it promotes criminal activity" (download games illegally) so sorry no one shouldnt answer this question
