I used the new Microsoft Windows Live Language Translator (Beta) just released 9-9-2007. I also tried the popular AltaVista's Babel Fish Translator.
The text does not translate into anything. Maybe it's a memory dump from a foreign computer.

Take some time.. You would detect that finding out hebrew wasn't valued at your attempt.. The exceptional solution to be taught a brand new language is whilst you're a baby, or whilst you're 19-25 (the mind is extra 'soaking up' for the period of that age).. But why now not be taught a language for you to be of extra relevance on your lifestyles? Mandarin is up there, if you're watching for a mission! French could not harm both.. The factor is, many people desired to be taught hebrew (and even Aramaic) till we realised that it would not rather make a change, and it would not be functional in any respect.. :-)

I searched a portion of it in Google and it matched several Russian documents. Presumably, to display it correctly, you would have to download and install a Russian font. Good luck!
