i brought a new transcend 16GB pendrive and i wanted to put syndicate game (6.48 gb) into it and it says it is too large for the file system .
so i tried to format it to other formats but there are 3 options :- NTFS, FAT32, and exFAT .
i heared that formatting to NTFS frequently damages the drive and i am seeing exFAT for the first time and i dont know about it so help me select the right one.........

Your choice of file system cannot damage the drive.  The drive shipped preformatted with the FAT32 file system, which has a file size limit of 4 GB.  Formatting with NTFS will overcome this limitation.

exFAT would work, but is is not recommended due to little non-Windows support and the increased possibility of data loss.

If you want it to work with any computer choose FAT32 - otherwise you can choose NTFS.
