i want to download and a really big image file it's 4.3 gb in size and the extension is .psb so will i be able to open it and how?

99% of the time changing a file format ending will NOT work. The file is a PhotoShop format for larger files than the standard PhotoShop .psd format. Gimp is a freeware clone of PhotoShop if you don't have PS on your computer. If you just want the picture as a wallpaper, a screen shot will work. If you want to explore it and make it a full sized picture, then you'll need PS or Gimp to open it.

Try changing the format of the file (extension) from .psb to .jpg and then try opening it. I gather it is a wallpaper kind of image you want to download
