Try Disabling Windows Hardware Acceleration below:

That may fix the Video Issue..

And i'm confused wether you have internet or not...
► Internet Issues ◄
1) Unplug the Power lead from the Modem/Router, Wait 10Secs then Pop it back in.
2) Reset the Router by using a Small Pin, Hold it in the Hole for 10Secs.
3) Reinstall the Ethernet or Wireless network Driver..
Start menu, Right click Computer, Hit Manage, Select Device Manager..
Locate the 'Network' Section and Right click the Driver Your Using & Uninstall it)
(Ethernet is a Wired Connection) Then Restart the Computer.
