Why does one of my favorite sites ( 911truth.org) now give me a 400 error code?
It didn't until last night.
Is there a simple adjustment I can make to fix it?

400: Bad Request means the web server thinks you sent it a malformed request.

It can either be an issue on their webserver or on your computer. Some Malware/Spyware can cause this. I recommend downloading Malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org and running it to make sure.

You can also see a very detailed guide on 400 errors and steps to fix it (I posted the address on the sources below). I don't own/run that site and I think they sell products & services (I'm saying I'm not endorsing them in any way) but its a safe website and you don't have to buy or download anything.

EDIT: I just tried going to 911truth.org and I get the 400 error as well so it's not just you. But if you ever run into another 400 error my answer above may prove useful.

It could be that their security certificate expired. It shouldn't last too long. But it could also be a problem with your own provider's security settings.

Nothing you can do, it's an error on the site.
