my computer makes 3 beeps. it goes beep beep beeep they quicks but this happened the first startup too

now the big problme is a noise. (mind ya the comp is like 4 yrs old and hasent been used for like 3 yrs and 6 months)

when u start up the comp it makes a rrring noise and a similar rrring noise (both light) then it skips going derrr ter errr ter errr ter errr for a while then resets and loads then says dqs training failed on previous boot revert to lower speed

it crashed like 5 times over 3 months (after defragging) with no dammage then mysteriously stopped crashing at shutdown it worked fine before i stopped using it

Hardware failure. Could be bad ram, bad mother board or a failing harddrive. Hard to say.

Doesn't matter if it's a custom made. It's an older computer and has been sitting around for years collecting dust. It won't be worth fixing. Most games that worked on XP will work on Win7 just use the compatability feature and they'll run.

If it was making these beeping noises when you first got it, the machine was defective from the start. It was a failure waiting to happen.

Please resit the "mem row" (Ram stick)

and try to boot up then go to my computer>double-click on local drive>properties>tools>error checking>check now>select both boxes>start

when it's done!! reboot your machine!!

Disable your screen saver before doing "disk defragmenter"

then start "disk defragmenter"
