How to remove audio track from dual audio?

i have many videos that have dual audio. It consumes more space. So i want to remove one of the audio track from dual audio. Plz give me any related software for supporting any format of video file. Eg. Some softwares only supports avi or mkv formats. I have dual video file which is in mp4, wmv, mkv, avi, etc. formats. Plz give me software name or direct link....

Well for MKV files, I use MKVMerge.

Worked a dream. Also lets you set default languages and remove subtitles.
