Install an antivirus program immediately and run it , if you have one then run an update and then a scan. this should fix it.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

From what you wrote, it sounds like there was a virus or something in the email, many service providers filter out such emails, if yours doesn't you need software to filter your emails.

Most good modern anti virus systems will protect you.

As others have said you need to run a scan on your computer, and remove whatever caused this.

If you go to symantec website, they can do a scan, but it will only show tell you if you have a problem, it won't solve it for you, unless you buy their security system.

at first IE7 and Outlook convey are the two self reliant of one yet another - so reinstalling IE7 isn't the answer. examine to work out if OE is listed in initiate >> classes >> Outlook convey. OE is a domicile windows factor so in case you bypass to function/do away with classes on top of issues Panel. click on the left hand panel upload/do away with domicile windows aspects. you will desire your domicile windows XP CD even if this isn't any longer checked.

Iwould suggest running your anti virus, and then uninstall outlook express, and then reinstall. Irun advanced windows care, which you can download for free

well, if you have a slow comp, there you go. if you have a fast one, well, then why use outlook? that alone contains so many problems that it is quite worthless. only some select few ever truly get good ratings with outlook.

I'd agree re anti-virus software - if you haven't got it you really should have it.

Possibly a simple restart would do the trick?
