I am trying to get my computer to work at all while on the internet. It say I should turn off some programs at start up, but will not tell me what. What should I get rid of? I dont need any of it at start up except what ever gets me hooked up to the internet & virus protection. Here is what it says the issues are, please advise what I should get rid of.

Please log off and log on to safe mode, Go to the start up panel, at the general tab, select Diagnostic Start up, click apply and log on to normal.

This may help you fix it,

uninstall all applications if it possible, you can install anti virus later

these step may help you clean and fix all your problem.

Good luck
