I never had a computer in my family before. I just got a desktop. I know how to google and use disk frag and put pictures on the computer from a camera. but nothing else.I would liek to learn I guess remote desktop, i guess you can fix another persons computer that way with out leaving your own computer? I got a book on A+ but don't understand the abbreviations, difference between windows 7, the start menu and windows configuration, they all look like windows 7 to me so why broken up like that. Is there any tutorial videos on these because the reading is difficult to understand and on youtube, there like 2 minute window 7 videos, like the tool bar. I would like to know how and understand all the folders in the start menu like when you click on start go to all programs and there's folders like accessories etc in the start menu. is that windows configuration or directories? there's no tutorial videos on these and what they do and they have weird names like auepo or nero etc
