We are going on vacation for 6 weeks. I have access to a computer, but do not know how to retrieve my emails. My main email handler is incredimail/outlook express. i need to be able to access my mail file folders and also my new messages. I know how to do this on yahoo and msn, but how can I get the outlook express mail? Also, how do I copy my incredimail address book to yahoo or msn?

Outlook express is a program on most computer that accesses P2P email, and not your email provider.

Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ask if they have a web page where you can access your mail box on line. Most of them do.

Or, set up a rule in outlook express to forward all incoming emails to your Yahoo address while you are gone.

1. Incredimail and Outlook express are entirely different programs.

2. Outlook express bites. Kill it. It's under add/remove system components.

3. Your mail should still be available on the server from which incredimail or Outlook downloaded it, unless you told those programs to delete your old messages from the server.

4. You can export your messages on one computer and import them on another, but you probably don't want to put them on a public PC. I'm assuming you're referring to messages you've downloaded from MSN and Yahoo using incredimail and then deleted from the server.

To get my Outlook 2003 mail I have to actually get into my desktop by logging on to the IP address. We had to upgrade to a static IP address because SBC high-speed Internet constantly changes the IP address. There are security protections to get into the home base computer and it was such a pain that I just got a Yahoo address and have my business mail forwarded there.

honestly the easiest way is to use yahoo. You can import your mail acct info to another computer but then u have to remember to remove that info and make sure your mail stays on the server and on and on.
