Basically what this error means is one of the cooling fans that cools one of the chips in your computer is stuffed i have the same problem and yeah you really should replace the fan, its as simple as taking the side of the pc off and identifying which fan in there is the exact problem the fan will rest on the main board of the pc and you will either hear it make a loud wurring sound or clunk but it should be obvious and you just need to replace that fan so it will then run properly and the error will go away

If I was you I would not try to disable this. That's just a quick fix to a problem that could be major. There is a fan that is malfunctioning in your system - either going to slow or not going at all.
If your computer is under warranty, bring it in to get the fan replaced. If not, do it yourself. It is so simple. You don't want to hide the problem and then have your computer over heat. Not a good time.
Good luck.

Ahhh this might be the same problem I had the most likely cause for it is overheating. There is a way in BIOS to fix this. But does your computer turn off sometimes?
