Hi, I have infected files and my computer is going"crazy" and i have like 2 anti virus scanners:XoftSpySe and Avast and it just said i have internet viruses infecting my files, computer and i scan it. It ask me if i wanted to "clean" the infected files, so i did, and it said i need to register it to clean it. So i did that and click clean and said you have to register again. So i I'd give up and i look at programs and said i have to pay it but i don't want to. plus i don't wanna download it too, is there a way i can clean my infected computer for free and not have register for it ?

There is no quick and easy solution. Virus scanners no longer come with "scan from secure boot" disks, you have to start them from an infected system. Which viruses now know how to stop working.

Restart your computer in safe mode with networking.

Download Malwarebytes, install, update, and do a scan. Remove everything it can find.

NEVER have more than 1 antivirus program. Make sure it is updating daily. If it stops even looking, you may have been infected.

Update and scan you computer with your antivirus program.

Repeat with your Spybot scanner.

I hold little hope the above will work, as viruses will replace critical operating system files with contaminated ones.

Once you are clean, never respond to messages that make no sense from friends with "links" in them, and never respond to popups in your browser by pushing any of the buttons offered. Always let Task Manager close all the browser sessions... or you'll be going through this grief again.

Reboot PC and press the F8 key a couple of times before the Windows screen appears. Enter Safe Mode, or Safe Mode with Networking if you need network access) and download Malware-Bytes from google ,Install it, update, and run a full system scan. Remove everything it finds. Next, run a full anti-virus scan with something like Microsoft Security Essentials .Auslogics disk defrag and Auslogics registry cleaner are very good and fast to keep you clean and running good .all are free ,just google them and never have more than one protecter for virus.

With the kind of computer qualification you seem to have.

Just bring it to a shop and tell them to format your hard drive and reinstall windows.
