As far as security goes, Firefox beats Insecure Exploder
Looking at the history of IE and FF, it seems reasonable to be skeptical when IE7 claims to be secure. Taking a look at their previous releases and comparing each browsers patched and unpatched holes, and comparing how "critical" these holes are to each browser proves my point.
