Internet Explorer 7 beta is better than Firefox.

owns it in every way. I'm using it right now.

If internet explorer is a 2 man company making a video game with a Windows 98 computer, firefox would be Microsoft.

Customizeable skinning features, add ons, more safe and secure with a lack of loopholes, tabbed browsing so you don't have to have 20 windows open, download managers, easier favorites list, and the list goes on and on.

Also, the Internet Explorer 7, which is meant to copy Firefox, has been found to have 2 MAJOR security loopholes that can allow hackers to take over your computer entirely.

Once all the bugs are worked out of IE7 then they are both alike in capabilities. Most hackers think Firefox security is a cakewalk. The new IE has a lot of the older security problems from IE6 dealt with.

Now it is just personal choice.

Firefox adheres to w3c.org specifications regarding how an HTML tag is rendered for you to see. Internet Explorer often does not.

In my browsing experience, Internet Explorer often gives me a headache when it comes to trojans and hijacking programs. It's so damn vulnerable.

IE7 promises new improvements, but heck, I think they copied it from Firefox.

As far as security goes, Firefox beats Insecure Exploder

Looking at the history of IE and FF, it seems reasonable to be skeptical when IE7 claims to be secure. Taking a look at their previous releases and comparing each browsers patched and unpatched holes, and comparing how "critical" these holes are to each browser proves my point.

IE7 simply carries on the legacy of being insecure by being 100% unpatched right now:

Proof of Insecure Explosion:

I almost feel sorry for Incontinent Explosion. Here it is again living up to its name.

Notice how it can't hold it's images because its Incontinent.

Compare the results of the web standards test:

The test results are suppose to look like this:

Firefox 2 results (admittedly, not perfect):

IE7 results (HORRIBLE!!):

Opera results (perfect):

You can try the test here to see that I'm not bu11 sh1ting you:

Firefox is well liked, and IE is becoming hated, IE is found to be insecure and slow, and Firefox is faster and more secure, IE can be hi=jacked and used for data mining, Firefox is my choice.
