I have a new compact laptop and I have a small amount of computer knowleage.
How do I know what my SMTP server is for outgoing and incoming. I know I've set it up wrong because for both I just put my email address and now I dont know how to go back and fix it.
So please let me know what my SMTP server and POP3 thing is! :)
And also how I can go back and fix them because now that I go to file-send-document as email.. , it goes immediatly to the popup window that sends it, so i have no idea how to fix it so I can send documents/pictures.
thanks!

You need to get the server addresses from whoever provides your e-mail, it usually something like pop.youremailserver.com or smtp.yourmailserver.com (where yourmailserver.com is the same as whatever comes after the @ in your e-mail address) if you are using a service like gmail.com the information can usually be found on their web site.

You need to call your Internet Service Provider to find out what your mail servers names are; they will be able to help

If you're using Earthlink as your ISP, your mail servers are probably

smtpauth.earthlink.net

pop.earthlink.net
