Even if you could deleted the crash dump file, it is re-created again on startup. A dump file doesn't take up a lot of room nor does it really do anything except tell you what problems may have occurred the last time the PC crashed or an error occurred.

Don't go messing around with files in Windows folder, you could end up with a paperweight that looks like a computer

Make sure you have created a Recovery DVD Data disk before deleting any files that you THINK is not worth keeping.

it really is a substantial DLL. try going to a acquaintances pc that has XP and reproduction their rundll32.exe onto a flashchronic and reproduction it onto your computing gadget contained in the system32 listing. although, if that record were given deleted, it may be that different stuff is lacking also.

There is nothing in the c:\windows directory that you should be messing with.
