What is a good online video converter?

Question

I need an online video converter that's free to use and quick. I need to convert .MP4 and .FLV to either .AVI and .WMV.

So far I've tried online-convert.com and onlineconverter.com but the first one tried to charge me for trying to convert a file over 100MB and the second one took too long. Not even uploading.

Also, I need it to not mess with the quality or resolution and I need to be able to upload them from my Hard Drive (Not inputting a URL).

Please help me! I need this urgently for a project.
