OK this is your only basic option, save what you need too a disc ( if you can ), and then reformat. http://www.download.com/3000-2092-10188745.html download this program and it will wipe out all data from your hard drive. Then if you have a copy of a operating system then you can fully re install from scratch. Hope it helps kiddo

if you can't get into windows at all anymore cause of this password you'll have to reboot your computer. when you first reboot the computer and you see all the testing or whatnot it performs before windows loads you'll notice for a second that it'll give you the option to open "command promt" i beleive you press F5. from there you'll see

C:/

This is your C drive. Simply type..."format" or "run format" and this will erase everything on your C drive. Hopefully this will get rid of your password problems

first of all try starting the computer in safe mode, when the computer starts and before the windows logo appears press and keep pressing the F8 key this will bring you to a menu, choose safe mode and when your computer starts hopefully there will be another administrator account but this one will be without a password. if so start your pc and create another account.

now if safe mode doesnt work then you will have to format your PC with the format c: command. but to do that you will need a windows CD so that you can reinstall your Operating system.

I've run into this problem, but I don't remember what exactly I did. These people are telling you to reformat. But I don't think that's what you want to do since you're saying you don't have the windows CD. Sure, you could reformat, but then what???? Doing that would just give you a black screen and no operating system... Not really a solution.

What you should do, is get what is called a "live CD." Bart PE is a good program for this. Download Bart PE http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ It's basically a whole different operating system, but you don't install it on your hard drive. You put it on a blank CD, you put it in your computer, boot from it, and it loads it into, and you run it off of, your RAM. From the Bart PE graphical envirnonment, you can edit the already-existing windows files on your C: drive that hold the administrator and user passwords. But I don't recall how to do that. I googled it, and apparently there are plugins for Bart PE that let you easily do that http://www.bootcd.us/BartPE_Plugin_Details/394/Change-Administrator-Password.html (I haven't tried that yet though). Once you've reset the adminastrator password, log in as administrator, then reset passwords for current users, or create a new one for yourself.
