Why won't my email send?!?

Apart from the fact its REALLY annoying me, i can't send an important e-mail.

First of all it wouldn't let me compose anything but luckily someone else had that problem on here & i followed their best answerers advice & it worked (changed the general preferences in "options")

Now i can write an email but can't send. there is no response from the page. i can't even save the email as a draft. its like the page is dead or frozen.

If anyone has any solutions OTHER than throwing the computer out the window (always my favourite option) please let me know, thanks :D

I think what you changed in general preferences may be causing you not to send email.

Change whatever you did back.

Try to type the email. If it wont let you type the email, I recommend being in Internet Explorer if you are not.

If it does let you type the email then click Send. See if it works.

Other option Go to your webpage, click tools, click internet options, delete your files, delete your cookies, clear your history.

Then go back up to Tools, Internet options, Programs tab, Reset Web Settings. Try again.

Still nothing? email me: owenmtoomey@yahoo.com

What email program are you using? If it's outlook express, check the smtp server under, tools, accounts, server. Make sure it matches the pop server address.

Under tools and options, click on Send, make sure all check boxes are checked, then make sure Html is selected for sending.

If you get an error when you try to send, post what it says, that would help too.

Good luck
