Is there a way to download a podcast that plays streaming through a flash player on the web page?

if you click on their name at the top of the page, it takes you to another page where you can get to the individual files.

Just right-click on the one you want and choose "save link as..." and that will save it in your computer. Or you can subscribe and get them all.

What type of flash player are you using to view this content? Have you clicked around on the controls to see if there is a download option? Sometimes you can right click on an items and select Save As, or Save Link As, and save it into your Music or Video folders.
If this is viewed through the QuickTime plug-in you would need to upgrade your account to a paid one. Once you pay for the upgrade you are allowed to save video and sound files through the QuickTime plug-in. The free version does not allow for downloading of content. This is to encourage people to buy into the more "advanced" Apple QuickTime Players and related Plug-ins.
As I mentioned, try right clicking and see what options are available in the right click menu.

I had the same issue with my laptop. I uninstalled the flash in my system and then started afresh. I guess doing that will help you play your videos.
