Dear friend,
I don't know which of your browser's setting is creating this problem , you may have accidentally changed your browser's settings.
So better way is to go to mozilla.com and download the Firefox 3.
if you have already the setup of firefox or internet explorer , just reinstall it.
it will definitely solve the problem.

Select Tool > Internet Option > Privacy >Sites
Now you will get a menu as Per site privacy action
here in "Managed domain" if you find yahoo.com / mail.yahoo.com is there, then remove the site from this.Now try again to access the removed website.
